Same-Day Delivery is available for orders within:
- Beirut
- Greater Beirut
- South Zone (up to Khaldeh)
- North Zone (up to Mansourieh)
Please allow 2–3 business days for deliveries outside Greater Beirut, including:
- Bekaa
- North Lebanon
- South Lebanon
- Mount Lebanon and surrounding mountain areas

Exchanges & Refunds
Finding the right fit matters.
If your selection isn't quite right, we offer:
- Refund requests within 24 hours of delivery
- Size exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and in pristine condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
